Return & Refund Policy – CaseCosmo

At CaseCosmo, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Defective or not functioning properly

  • Incorrect product received

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photos or video of the product showing the issue

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong model selected by the customer

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen display

  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer

Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be refunded to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be issued via UPI or bank transfer

Replacement

In case of damaged or incorrect items, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund.
