Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is:

Damaged during delivery

Defective or not functioning properly

Incorrect product received
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your Order ID

Clear photos or video of the product showing the issue
Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Wrong model selected by the customer

Minor color variations due to lighting or screen display

Used or damaged products caused by the customer
Refunds
Once your return request is approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

The amount will be refunded to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be issued via UPI or bank transfer
Replacement
In case of damaged or incorrect items, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund.
